All orders are shipped out within 48 hours and will reach you within 5-7 working days (for most cities). 

If your order contains a pre-ordered item, then the entire order will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. Incase you have any further questions on your order, please write to us at isoviindia@gmail.com

In case you are dissatisfied with the product, please send the unused item back to us within 7 days of delivery, to the below address. Please email the tracking details to us at isoviindia@gmail.con. 

Please note that we will not be able to initiate the return/exchange if the tracking information is not emailed to us.

You can exchange with a different product of your choice. Please note the exchange value will only be the price of the product excluding any shipping or COD charges that were paid at the time of ordering. 

We can arrange for a reverse doorstep pickup at an additional cost of Rs 150.

Unfortunately, we are not delivering internationally at the moment.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping email from us. This email will contain your tracking id along with a link to track your order. Please click on this link to track your order status.

Incase you cannot find our email, please search your SPAM folder. Depending on your email settings, our emails may land in SPAM for some of you.

If you are still unable to locate the Shipping email, please write to us at isoviindia@gmail.com and our team will respond within 24 hours.

The pre-order button will be visible only for designs which are currently not in stock. In such a case, if you place the pre-order, we will get your order made on priority and will require 2-3 weeks to ship the entire order. In cases where an order contains any pre-ordered products, all products of the order will be shipped together once all the items are in stock.

In case the amount has already been debited from your account but you have not received any order confirmation email, please write to us at isoviindia@gmail.com with the following details

  1. Name of the person as shown on the card / bank details.

  2. Approximate date and time of making the payment

  3. Total amount paid.

  4. Screenshot of an email or SMS showing the transaction.

Our team will look into this and get back to you as soon as possible

In case you have not received the refund, we’d request you to please check the bank statement once as you may not receive an SMS message for this. If you’re still unable to locate the credit, please write to us at isoviindia@gmail.com and our team will look into this for you.
